External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

We use the host for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of providing our online offering securely, quickly and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

Our host lima-city stores access log data. For security purposes (including detection of DDoS attacks, access control and detection of brute-force attacks), the following data is collected pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR; this data is personal data or may be personal data: IP address, unique access ID. The following fields are stored but are generally not personal data within the meaning of the GDPR: User-Agent header. The log data is currently stored for 7 days.

As part of a bot protection mechanism, our host lima-city sets cookies (Name_lcp,_lcp2,_lcp3). These cookies are not personal data and therefore have no relevance within the scope of the GDPR.

Data processing agreement: On 13 April 2025, we concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider named above. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
